MMA Required Blood Tests

  • Must be dated within six months of fight night.

List of Required Medicals

  • This is a list of the medicals required to fight Pro MMA at Mohegan Sun (CT). Amateur MMA fighters are only required to have a physical and blood tests. The list contains notes from Reality Fighting in order to help make sure you get the proper tests and complete the forms accurately.

MMA Physical Form

  • Must be signed by a doctor, not a nurse or physician's assistant. Must be dated within a year of fight night.

MMA CT Scan Exam

  • An MRI or CT scan is required. If older than one year from fight night the MRI or CT can be used as a baseline test. Either a new MRI, CT scan, or neuro exam will be required that is within one year of fight night if the submitted test is older than one year from fight night. Fighters 40 and older are required to have an MRI. A CT or neuro will not be accepted.

MMA Eye Exam

  • Must be done by an ophthalmologist. Must be dated wthin one year of fight night.

MMA Neuro Exam

  • An MRI or CT scan is required. If older than one year from fight night the MRI or CT can be used as a baseline test. Either a new MRI, CT scan, or neuro exam will be required that is within one year of fight night if the submitted test is older than one year from fight night. Fighters 40 and older are required to have an MRI. A CT or neuro will not be accepted.

MMA EKG

  • In addition to this interpretation form the actual EKG readout must be submitted.
